I am one of the lucky ones who LOVE my job! I have the privilege of working closely with 12 colleagues plus 2 Associates and our Director.
We place a strong emphasis on great team culture. We all foster the same dedicated approach to work which acts as a solid foundation on what
makes ours a successful business.
I have been with SMART Business Solutions for nearly 10 years. The business has changed and grown significantly in this time. I have
significantly contributed to this growth by supporting our accountants, financial advisors and director to do what they do best.
The continuous growth of the business has called for constant change and crucial workflow process to be updated. I have not only embraced,
but proactively led changes.
I am proactively engaged with the team regularly to ensure they have the support they need and are not wasting their time on administration
tasks. This is something that I pride myself on. I believe if you can go above-and-beyond, it makes for a positive working environment.
My professionalism and very outgoing manner has enabled the firm to acquire a plethora of new clients who have also been positively
overwhelmed with the firm’s culture and the way that we embrace technology to make business and client interactions more streamlined. As one
client said, “Nothing is ever a problem for you guys at SMART.”
I am very passionate about my work. I live with the motto “Do what is important today as tomorrow is a new day.” Nothing is ever too big or
too small for me. I believe these key traits have enabled me to have a great relationship with our clients, directors, and my colleagues and
creates an overall positive influence across the team.
"Our office is never boring. We all like to have a laugh. Team morale is certainly my number one focus! We spend so much time together at work, it needs to be an enjoyable and supportive place to be."
Motivation in the workplace is sometimes hard to keep up with especially when there are deadlines to meet and clients needing to feel they are number one. Family and personal relationships also plays an important part to our team motivation and happiness. Whilst we spend so much time at work together, we try to socialise outside of work hours as a team and get to know each other in a casual setting.
